FallFest 2016

As part of Clarkson Union Board (CUB), I was the lighting designer for Clarkson’s annual FallFest concert, held on September 3rd, 2016. Our headlining act that year was Lindsay Elle, an up-and-coming country artist. I was tasked with designing a lighting rig using our available inventory, ensuring that we could safely hang it above the performers, coordinating the assembly of the lighting system, and operating it during the concert. This was only my second concert doing so (the first being SunsetFest during Senior Week earlier that year), but I’m very happy with how it came out. It was a lot of hard work, from getting everything staged and ready to go the night before all the way through making sure all the lights got back to their proper places, but it was well worth it in the end.
